About

Strategy Consulting

We advise small and mid-sized firms, helping owners and senior leaders set direction. Our experience of providing decision support has enabled us to build a deep understanding of the issues faced by smaller firms. With our help, clients have successfully accessed new markets, acquired disruptive innovators and improved commercial performance.

We strive to support owners and managers in making bold choices, based on a rigorous assessment of shareholder goals and market realities. We help prioritise and facilitate re-allocation of resources away from the status quo. This helps build commitment to act decisively. It also means being clear on what should, and what should not, be invested in.

Business Education

New skills are often required for organisations to achieve their ambitious goals. To that end, we provide executive education in strategy. Our training courses include problem solving, market analysis, organisation redesign and many aspects of M&A, including post-merger planning.

How We Help

Working together

A typical first engagement is decision support on a strategic issue faced by your business. Alternatively, we may be asked to provide coaching and/or skills development for a newly appointed senior executive in a strategy or board role. Clients often ask for advice or training in one of our areas of expertise. You can view these here:

We seek to bring creative thinking and pragmatic analysis. Our aim is to empower clients with the confidence to make well-judged, bold moves that will deliver the leadership team's ambition. Above all, we are committed to client success.

If you contact us to arrange a confidential initial discussion, we will take the time to understand your needs fully and explore how we could help. We will only seek to move forward if there is potential for a mutually beneficial working relationship.
